joy9 best VIP — Get cashback every week as your tier rises
The joy9 best VIP program is more than just bonuses. It is a system where the more you play, the more you are recognised — from Bronze up to Platinum, with the weekly cashback rate increasing at each tier.
Weekly cashback across four tiers
The joy9 best VIP program has four tiers in total. Each tier has a different maximum weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier, the higher the cashback.
Up to 0.2% cashback on your weekly net loss. This is where your VIP journey begins.
As recognition for regular play, the weekly cashback rate rises to a maximum of 0.5%.
Active players who reach the Gold tier receive up to 0.8% cashback each week.
The highest tier. Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses — joy9 best's top benefit.
How weekly cashback is calculated
At the end of each week, joy9 best subtracts your total winnings from your total losses for that week to get your "net loss". Your VIP tier's cashback rate is then applied to this net loss.
Cashback is credited directly to your account and can be used the following week. Visit the Wallet page to see your cashback balance.
Determining the week's net loss
Your net loss is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses.
Applying your tier's rate
Your VIP tier's rate is multiplied against your net loss.
Cashback credited to account
The calculated cashback is automatically added to your account.
Cashback example for a Gold member
Say you are a Gold member at joy9 best. Your net loss for the week is ৳20,000. How much weekly cashback do you receive?
The maximum rate for the Gold tier is 0.8%. That means the maximum cashback for that week is ৳160. It is credited directly to your account — no separate request needed.
Cashback is based on the week's net loss, not total bets placed.
How to move up to a higher tier
There are no strict deposit or turnover thresholds required to change tiers in the joy9 best VIP program. Your tier is determined by joy9 best based on your regular activity and overall play patterns.
